Weidong New Energy in the company's founding, adhering to the principle of quality first, technological innovation, established a strict quality control system and evaluation system, starting from the incoming materials, control of materials, supervision of the process, as well as module assembly, system matching, marketing and after-sales of each link, set up quality requirements and the implementation of norms, to ensure the company to provide customers with product safety and stability. 

 

The quality structure of the company includes six parts: incoming material management, process monitoring, delivery control, system assurance, QE management, test and verification, so that each stage of the product is under control. In the test center, we are equipped with related chemical analysis, Electrochemical analysis, thermal analysis, reliability testing, safety testing instruments and equipment, such as electron microscope, we are not only used to check the micro-interface of the battery electrode and the battery cell package, the structure of the powder material was also examined and confirmed by electron microscopy. Individual batteries, modules and systems, and test centers will undergo aging testing to verify the reliability and safety of the battery. In order to achieve the company policy of "pursuing excellent quality, persisting in continuous improvement, exceeding customer's expectation" , we carry out the quality control of all staff, carry out the 5s management, and carry out the quality control in the process, on the basis of ISO9000, carry out the quality management system standard of IATF16949, combine FMEA and SPC to ensure the stability and consistency of production process, to produce more customer requirements, better quality products. 

 

The power battery is one of the key components of the new energy vehicle. The quality of the battery directly decides the development of the new energy vehicle. Therefore, Weidong takes "zero defect quality" as the idea to carry on the quality management.
