The bench test according to the peoples Republic of China automobile industry standard QC/T744-2006 "electric vehicle nickel metal hydride batteries" and QC/T413-2002 "basic technical requirements for automotive electric equipment", the test results are: ambient temperature 1C steady discharge voltage, the actual capacity is 40.125Ah; discharge (4C, 5C), the voltage changes smoothly, Wen Shengping stability, the discharge temperature does not exceed the limit temperature limits (45 ℃); large current pulse (5C charge 6C) charge / discharge process, voltage and temperature was normal; constant power (40Kw) discharge, the system voltage stability, cell SOC was 30%, 50%, 80% respectively, discharge duration for (368.9s, 627.0s, 947.8s); the battery internal resistance testing: cells in SOC was 30%, 50%, 80%, discharge resistance respectively (184.37, 183.33, 179.17m); the battery at SOC 30%, 50%, 80% respectively, the energy efficiency (90.89%, 91.32%, 90.21%); the above data are our superior performance reflects the battery system.
