2. Responsible for organizing and guiding system technicians to complete product system design, monitoring developments in customer needs and related industry trends relevant to battery system design, and implementing continuous improvements.

3. Conduct battery system design based on customer requirements.

Job Qualifications:

1. Associate degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering;

2. 2-3+ years of work experience in battery electrical system design within the battery industry;

3. Strong logical analysis skills and a certain ability to apply statistical analysis methods;

4. Proficient in English at or above Level 4.
