2. Responsible for organizing and guiding structural technicians to complete product structural designs, monitoring developments in customer needs and related industry trends concerning battery structural design, and driving continuous improvement.

3. Conduct battery structural design based on customer requirements.

Job Qualifications:

1. Associate degree or above, majoring in materials science, chemical engineering, or a related field;

2. 2-3+ years of work experience in battery structural design within the battery industry;

3. Proficient in using 2D or 3D drafting software;

4. Good logical analytical skills and a certain ability to apply statistical analysis methods;

5. Proficient in English at or above Level 4.
